We booked the Tuneles Tour with another agency but it was performed by Ohana Tours. Great Guide, great Equipment and Snack. We can fully recommend them!
I'm pretty surprised that this place has such a low review. I booked a tour by walk-in and was pretty satisfied. They were friendly and spoke good English. The only downside was the guide who made me uncomfortable by making a pass at me. But that was towards the end of the tour and didn't bother me much.
Stay away from this company! We had a snorkeling tour to Los tuneles with them and it was a big disappointment. The guide didn’t wait for us in the water and we missed the whole tour. Now when we are trying to talk to them about what happened they just keep avoiding us. The manager is refusing to help, when we try call her she hang up every time.
The worst ever. We went to a tour with them and there was no food. The guide was horrible. Their costumer service was not exciting. Just a shame. If you want to have fun at the beautiful Galápagos Islands stay away from this place!!!
We've had a great day at Los Tuneles. Ohana organised our trip very well, together with Agora tours. Equipment was good and staff was helpful. Our guide Carlos was super enthousiastic, knew where to find all the cool animals and turned out to be a great photographer too. The other staff (Marco and Remco) we're very kind as well. Only lunch was a bit small. Overall would recommend Ohana!
